We were called upon to take over the marketing and growth for Easy Street Offers, streamline their communications for their three core audiences (agents, investors and partners), elevate their brand position and consistency across all applications and launch their new subscription service.
We served as the strategic and creative backbone behind Easy Street Offers, a fast-growing real estate SaaS platform. Our role has spanned branding, content creation, marketing systems, funnel design, and campaign execution—all built to support ESO through multiple stages of growth and product expansion.
We developed and managed a full HubSpot demand-generation ecosystem, including automated nurture sequences, onboarding workflows, retargeting flows, segmentation, lead scoring, and product-focused funnels designed to guide agents and investors seamlessly from awareness to paid subscription. This included building high-converting landing pages, promotional pages, webinar funnels, sales pages, and custom modules optimized for speed, clarity, and mobile performance.
Across social media and digital channels, Polestar created hundreds of pieces of content—from educational reels and product explainers to investor-focused insights, agent recruitment posts, market commentary, brand storytelling, and ongoing platform updates. We produced multi-format content including short-form video, podcast clips, carousel graphics, and platform-specific creative tailored for Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Google Business.
To support product adoption and subscription growth, we built polished e-newsletters, email campaigns, and promotional flyers highlighting ESO’s SaaS offerings, including AgentPro, BuyerPro, and their proprietary deal pipeline products. These assets helped communicate complex features in simple, compelling language that strengthened user engagement and drove conversions. We supported every launch with coordinated marketing assets including email sequences, social content, PDF one-sheets, promo videos, and paid ad text.
Our work also extended to platform branding, investor decks, internal training materials, event graphics, and print and digital collateral for partnerships and promotions.
