Meet Jennifer Allen, our CEO and Principal Designer
Jennifer Allen is a fractional marketing strategist and creative leader who helps growth-minded companies turn big ideas into clear, scalable brands and revenue-driving campaigns. She works at the intersection of strategy and execution—able to set the direction at a C-suite level while also rolling up her sleeves to build and deliver the work alongside designers, videographers, developers, and performance teams.
Over the last eight-plus years, Jennifer has specialized in building and scaling brands—often in fast-moving, entrepreneurial environments where speed, clarity, and strong messaging matter. She is known for translating business goals into practical marketing systems: positioning, brand identity, go-to-market strategy, creative development, content engines, and the operational infrastructure that helps teams execute consistently.
A signature example of her scope is her multi-year leadership with 72SOLD, where she built the brand from the ground up—developing identity, messaging, and marketing strategy, supporting video and campaign production, and helping drive the organization from a local concept to a national presence. As the company scaled, Jennifer also built the supporting systems required to grow: training content and marketing materials, plus a custom portal enabling thousands of agents to personalize and deploy approved brand assets in the field (brochures, postcards, flyers, and more). Her work helped operationalize brand consistency while supporting rapid expansion.
Jennifer has also partnered with companies outside real estate, including LaserTouchOne, a nationally serving medical device business, supporting brand and marketing execution across social media, outreach, and advertising—bringing the same mix of strategic discipline and hands-on delivery.
Based in Mesa, Arizona, Jennifer works comfortably across time zones and has served clients nationally and internationally, including Canada and Australia. She prefers fractional and contract engagements, where she can plug in quickly, create momentum, and help organizations build the marketing foundation required for their next stage of growth…without the overhead of a traditional full-time hire.
